Larry & Conrad,

I'm just going to assume that administering binary directories on
ftp.gnu.org directly is the best solution for lack of a response from
any other interested parties.

This being the case, I need to send the public OpenPGP keys for
authorized uploaders to ftp-uploads@gnu.org. Conrad, I assume your
public key id 0x9BCD3A3D is fine to forward? Larry, assuming you still
wish to be able to upload binaries, I need a public OpenPGP key from you
- I can't find one online (`gpg --gen-key' will generate one for you if
you don't have already one).

Any other CVS maintainers who wish access to upload to the ftp.gnu.org
directories should let me know what public key they wish me to
authorize, as well.

Regards,

Derek
