Stable CVS Version 1.11.22 Released!

Stable CVS 1.11.22 has been released.  Stable releases contain only bug fixes
from previous versions of CVS.  This version fixes a serious client problem
that could cause CVS to report files with conflicts as unmodified when
talking to old servers under certain circumstances, as well as some other
minor fixes and efficiency improvements.  We recommend this upgrade for all
CVS clients and servers!
