Hi,

The manual did not get updated up to ddd 3.3.8 as no new features
has been added, except to document the bash debugger mode.
Arguably, the copyright notice should have been updated.
Some minor corrections have been added and will be part of
the next version  (see CVS repository). Feel free to contribute
some patches.
