[Bug-ddrescue] Overwriting log file!

Hi,

Ok, you should really check to see if the log file exists BEFORE
starting working!!

Say you do:
ddrescue recovered.raw recovered.log

Then you can say goodbye to that log file! Accidently forgetting to do:
ddrescue /dev/hdd recovered.raw recovered.log

Really annoying! Now, what happends if I remove the now overwritten
log file and run with:
ddrescue /dev/hdd recovered.raw recovered.log

(haven't yet dared to try)
