  If you have DejaGnu installed, just type "make check" in the build
directory for GCC/libstdc++-v3. As far as the organization, you'd have to ask
the Libstdc++ maintainers, as testsuites are seperate from DejaGnu itself.
DejaGnu is just the testing framework.
