Now diff.1 does say SEE ALSO wdiff(1):

* man/diff.x: New file, to add "SEE ALSO" reference to wdiff(1).
* man/Makefile.am (diff.1): Depend on diff.x.
($(dist_man1_MANS)): Tell help2man to include diff.x.
(EXTRA_DIST): Add diff.x.
