[bug-enscript] Odd power n-up for non-ISO page sizes: a possible fix err... hack

About a year and a half ago, I did a simple work around for the aspect ratio 
problem with n-up printing where the spot count is an odd power of two, but the 
page aspect isn't sqrt(2).  Attached, please find the hack based on the master 
git branch as of now.
