Summary: shell pattern support incomplete (-name option)
Original Submission: man page says:
-name pattern
Base of file name (the path with the leading directories
removed) matches shell pattern *pattern*.
But the shell patterns involving Brace Expansion (see the bash manpage) aren't
supported. Quick example:
$ touch drakx arts-explanation arts-bug-59184.patch
$ ls {drakx,arts}*
arts-bug-59184.patch arts-explanation drakx
$ find . -name '{drakx,arts}*'
$
