I must come clean;) That was my last patch. Last i looked, the patch had been accepted on savannah: http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?group=findutils I downloaded 4.1 from ftp://mirror.aarnet.edu.au/pub/gnu/findutils/ but it wouldn't compile. Nor did it have the patch. A poster told me to get 4.1.20 from ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/findutils/ (or cvs), so i got 4.1.20. It didn't have the patch either. I thought it had been lost, but didn't realize it was still in cvs and not yet released. sorry;) Next time i work on locate.c i'll try and add pattern searching capability for the whole directory path.
