Details:

The m4/regex.m4 file included into findutils distribution is old (serial 23)
and contains broken modification of the gl_INCLUDED_REGEX macro.
As result of syntax error in generated test, check "for working
re_compile_pattern" always fails and configure always includes gnulib's
regex.c file.
Next revision (serial 24) of regex.m4 from gnulib works better.
