Details:

The import-gnulib.sh script uses "cvs update" on any existing gnulib CVS
working tree it finds in gnuli-cvs/gnulib.   However gnulib now uses git as a
master repository, and the old CVS repository is now read only (that is, that
version is not updated from git).  

This means that the gnulib code in findutils-4.3.9 was silently out of date,
and the latest updates date from some two months before the release of 4.3.9.
