What did you think ? Would you like me to send a better version of
this patch and if so:
* Should I try to fix the portability code for EMX (whatever that is)
and MinGW32 too ? (I have no way to even build test the result.)
* Should I refactor the "os_setbinmode" pattern found at the two call
sites in my patch, to hava an "os_before_child" and
"os_after_child", or something ? If so what should I call these
two functions ?
