Details:

It would be nice if gforth (and gforth-fast, etc.) accepted a command line
argument to skip the first line of input, for purpose of making executable
scripts without having to fork yet another shell.  Ie.

#!/usr/bin/gforth --skip-first-line
: foo 2 3 + ;   \ ...

The command line option prevents the #!/usr/bin/gforth from being interpreted
by the compiler.
