ghostscript-7.06: one more point

In both Aladdin ghostscript releases, and in a few cases for
ghostscript-7.06, I had builds fail because the top-level bin and
obj directories weren't created.  

I've reported this to the Aladdin folks in the past, but as far
as I can tell, it has never been fixed.  I've not attempted to
diagnose the cause myself.
