Ghostscript 8.60 Doc/Changes.htm: "Tor Andersson" replacement

I don't know if it's specific to this file, or to some sort of
revision control checkin script being used, but somehow, it seems that
all change descriptions were run through the equivalent of

sed -e 's/tor/Tor Andersson/g' -

Thus we have messages like
