That's a harmless warning - ignore it or install the patch from
http:/www.suse.de/~aj/ldconfig.patch
The patch will be in glibc 2.2.1.

The ldconfig in 2.2 has a number of new features in comparison to the
libc5 ldconfig and is under the GPL. The 2.2 version is backward
compatible, there's no problem using the older version but you'll
notice some difference in some obscure cases which most probably
nobody uses except me;-).
