Due dates for bugs

Hello, I am trying to set a "Due date" for each assigned bug that I can
query on.  I have read timely reminders and this will basically what I need
(I'd like to be able to do it on a bug to bug basis but I'd like to retire
soon too :<D)
Section 3.5.3 Timely reminders says it checks to see if the state has
changed from 'open'
I really just want to know if it's hasn't moved to analyzed or even
submitted within say a two week period.  I know the bug will be moved from
open to assigned.
