Problems with gnatsweb 2.9.2

I can't log in at all using lynx (2.8.3dev.18).  It asks me to accept the 
cookies from gnatsweb, which I do, but thereafter everything just returns
me to the login page again.

Also, lynx doesn't respect the -Refresh header used by the gnatsweb login
process.

The version I was using previously:
  (# $Id: gnatsweb.pl,v 2.2 1999/04/16 22:59:49 kenstir Exp $)
can be used successfully with lynx.


I'm also unable to use stored queries when using w3 in emacs.
(WWW 4.0pre.44, URL p4.0pre.44, MM 1.96)

First I get prompted:

Honor redirection with non-GET method (possible security risks)? (y or n)

If I say "y", I just get the same prompt back again.  If I say "n", I'm
prompted again:

Continue (with method of GET)? (y or n)

If I now say "y", I get an error page:

<hr>Error!  This URL tried to redirect me to itself!<P>Please notify the 
server maintainer.


Up to the second prompt, this is the same with the 1999/04/16 version of
gnatsweb, but with that old version answering "y" at the second prompt 
will correctly return the results for the stored query.
