I disagree, we risk just letting it turn into another web we have to 
draw the line somewhere. Long articles are fine as long as they fit 
into the criteria. But you wouldn't expect to find an article say 
about Security on a Red Hat box in an encyclopedia.

If we run in the direction of an library we'll just end up like,

http://www.opencontent.org/
http://www.gutenberg.net/

I think we should keep on the line of making an encyclopedia of all 
views. Keep on the straight and narrow, keep our targets low(well 
comparitively low), if in a years time we see a need for more of a 
library then an encyclopedia it will be far easier to create a break-
away open book project based on the encyclopedia.
