The directories should store only links, as most articles would be in
multiple different parts of directory;
For example, the first cars would go in both History/Modern/Achievements;
and Technical/Automotive or whatever.
I am sure somebody can come up with far better example, but I hope the idea
is clear.
 
Also, who decides in which directories the article should go? The author
will probably have one or two in mind, but who makes sure it is in all the
relevant places, and not in the unrelated?
