I thought a lot about this editorial thing and now I've go tone question I
could not resolve: How could GNE make sure that it will get a directory of
information? 

Can it be possible to filter out personal homepages linked in by anyone
without editorial? Or worse: What about articles that will be set on GNE
which are strictly demanding that there must be a proprietary copyright on
any product on this earth? would this not contradict the gfdl just within
it's own reach? What about pages that state how "useful" it is to kill
other people, say everybody not beeing white, or anything. I'm convinced
their are quite a lot of folks out there who would try to misuse GNE for
their propagnada. 

So - is there a possibility not to edit the articles and at the same time
making sure that no misuse will happen, misuse in a sense that would
contradict every human ratio and every principle of this project?
