Summary: Arch-dependant cache size causes slow performance on 64-bit archs
Original Submission: The hackerlab cache size is given in bytes. On 64-bit
architectures, this results in substantially fewer items in the cache, and
seriously degrades performance.
The cache size should be given in an architecture-independant way -- for
instance, x * sizeof(foo).
