CVS version updated

The CVS head version of GNU Chess now contains a version of the
"pondering" branch done by Lukas.

I've applied a couple of bug fixes, and merged in a couple of
changes from 5.05 (as the code forked off before 5.05 was
released).

This version contains known bugs of significance, which CVS
doesn't usually.

To-Do

Fix bug on start up - command line mode displays incorrect move.
Fix book.dat loading issues.
Implement analysis mode.
Implement Wheeler's PGN parser.
Must "do nothing smarter"!
Review default hashsize?
Retrieve alpha-beta windows from pondering?

Test EPD parsing code.

Additional to this is the usual cosmetic tidying of
documentation, QA checks on code, and then we should have a 5.06
to be proud of.

The code introduces the use of threads, and also makes the hash
tables sensibly persistent (a silly "buglet" in saving suspect
score values was the reason we couldn't do this earlier - argh).

Thought it would be useful for people to have access to the
version early for testing, or other development effort.

 Simon
