is the result of a email worm "spoofing" an email that appears to come from 
your address.   

Your computer or a computer which has a copy of your email address may be 
infected with a virus.

Please take necessary precautions to protect your computer from virus 
infections with antivirus software and urge people you correspond with to do 
the same.
