Sorry, you said "Emacs users on those plartforms", so I thought you were
thinking about what Emacs does on Windows, not about what other
applications do on Windows.
FWIW, I don't think it's wise to sneak CUA into Emacs piece by piece. I
think we should have a CUA mode which does it all in one blow. My $0.02.
