[patch] 20.6 Cygwin completion support in M-x shell (2nd version)

    Month or two ago I sent a patch to add Cygwin bash shell completion
    support in M-x shell. The patch worked quite well, but it didn't take 
    into account the bash mount table, like firectory /tmp 

    This patch handles the mount table issues as well and I have used this
    over a month without any further modifications.

    You may want to put into your BUG or IMPROVEMENT report list 
    the following note:

    -- Win UNC paths are not-tested, meaning \\path\here or //path/here
       will not complete

    At some time schedule in spring I can take a loo into this more,
    but not now.

        comint.el
        dirtrack.el
        w32-fns.el
