Edit file A/B/C, write it, then go to A and rename B.
C's directory is correctly updated, but B's is not:

C-x d f a i TAB RET C-x C-f f f RET s d s d C-x C-s
C-x d . . RET C-s f a i C-f R y y RET C-x C-b C-h
l

 MR Buffer Size Mode File
 -- ------ ---- ---- ----
.*% tmp 7112 Dired by name /tmp/
    ff 4 Fundamental /tmp/yy/ff
 *% yy 204 Dired by name /tmp/failed-postings/

indeed, in the final line, yy is correct, however
"/tmp/failed-postings/" doesn't exist anymore, so we should see
"/tmp/yy" there.
