When one does C to copy a file in dired-x, in the case one gets the prompt
Overwrite `/tmp/oo'? [Type yn!q or C-h]
the cursor is disturbingly seen not waiting in the minibuffer for an
answer, but instead still sitting on that filename... which
indeed does help one to be sure what one is doing, but...
Any fancy fixes, e.g. highlighting the file while putting the cursor
back in the minibuffer, should also be tested with emacs -nw. Or
maybe never mind, no fix is needed.
