rcs2log bug

[Futaya Yamazaki]

I only uses rcs2log, and I just started using this.
This version is rcs2log (GNU Emacs) 1.45.
CVS version is Concurrent Versions System (CVS) 1.11 (client/server).
This works if CVSROOT is local.
But if I specify remote host as CVSROOT, rcs2log generates
filename with absolute path.

        * /cvs/iltacd/bk2_tar.gz:
        delete unneccesary file
