It sees that for a Hanyu Pinyin user, the big5 Chinese double spaced
alphabet mappings ("Y" "Y") ("Z" "Z") ("a" "a") ("b" "b") etc. are
not to be found and one must choose another input method. I didn't
see them in PY-b5.el Punct-b5.el pypunct-b5.el. 0-9 mappings are
there though. By mappings I mean "how is one supposed to enter them
then if they aren't in the file, unless one leaves Hanyu pinyin?"
