This is doe to the creater of leim/CXTERM-DIC/Punct-b5.tit
who is using that extentsions.  And the file is a copy of
what distributed at ftp.ifcss.org.

How widely those extentions are used?  If it is surely
widely used, I think we don't have to change the file.  If
not, perhaps, we should delete those private characters.

On X, we may be able to detect that those characters are not
supported by a font currently used for Big5.  But, such a
detection is impossible if a user is using Big5 capable
terminal.
