Got an idea for quail input.

When we type v1 v2 etc. the traditional Chinese for one and two should
be offered. Don't make us be forced to type yi1 er4 etc.
What I'm saying is instead of
 v1:(1/1) 1.1 2. 3. 4. 5.Ⅰ 6.〡 7.〹
choices for v1 [by the way, #2,3,4 show up as blank squares, but that
we talked about last time]
I want
一 , 壹 and maybe even ㄧ added to the choice list...
By the way, remember for v0, in addition to
 v0:(1/1) 1.0 2. 3. 4. 5.Ⅹ 6.〸
[again, #2,3,4 i can't read]
remember to add
零 and ○

By the way, I also wanted ○ on the ling2 choices, and Kenichi [CC:'d]
gave me

(eval-after-load "quail/PY-b5" '(quail-defrule "ling2" ?○));Handa

to tide me over until next version [where it should be placed as one
of the top ranked ling2 choices] but if I use that it seems that
instead of 50 ling2 choices, all I get is ○ now.

I didn't check if the Guo Biao simplified Chinese also have these
needs. All I know is my Taiwan problem.
