Sorry, I don't understand: iso-acc.el has nothing to do with the
french-prefix input method. Are you using both iso-acc.el and the
french-prefix input method? If so, don't do that: they contradict
each other, and offer equivalent functionalities, so you only need one
of them (I recommend the french-prefix input method).
