I am phillip white, Lawyer to Mrs. Maryam Abacha ( the Wife of Late
Military Head of State- General Sani Abacha) who died in 1998.
However, it is particularly important to mention here that before the death of
General Sani
Abacha he was able to make enough money through Oil
proceeds. After his death it was discovered that he was worth well over
US$4.5Billion (Four
Billion, Five Hundred Million United States of American
Dollars) by the Present Government of Chief Olusegun Obasanjo and some of this
money
were recovered after his death. Having said all this, there
was a twist in my client's late husband's Wealth when the Present Government
probed his
(General Sani Abacha's) Wealth, most of his accounts
were frozen both Local and International, alot of money was recovered from the
officials
that served during his tenure as a Military Head of State.
My client is currently under house arrest, the eldest son Mohammed Abacha is in
Prison and
the second son Abba Abacha is under my custody,
hence she is soliciting for a Honest Foreign Partner who will help her clear
the funds from
the Security Company and invest part of the
US$45,000,000.00 in any profitable venture. she has been able to deposit
$45,000,000.00
marked as personal effects in a Security Company
to enable her beat security and for onward transfer into any safe account.
Since she has the intention of investing Part of the funds in your country,
we have decided to give you 20% of the $45,000.000.00 for your
assistance.
Moreso, the direct transfer of the $45,000,000.00 from any Nigerian Bank to
any Foreign Bank can be traced hence the above method was adopted and
we do not want what happened to her late Husband's billions' of dollars to
re-occur.
Please contact me via e-mail and send your private telephone and fax number for
further
discussion on how and when we shall be meeting if
you are willing to assist.
Finally, due to the present condition of my client, I shall be very grateful if
you keep this
transaction confidential.
I await your urgent response.
Yours Faithfully,
phillip white.
