Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

running dabbrev-expand in the minibuffer with the inviolable option
set for minibuffer-prompt-properties seems to cause dabbrev-expand to
enter an infinite loop in dabbrev--goto-start-of-abbrev function.
(forward-char -1) returns nil and (bobp) does not return t.
