todo-mode: wrong var name in comment, and suggestion

In todo-mode.el (v): line 196
;;      todo-save-top-priorities is non-nil.  Nice to include in your
the variable has the wrong name: todo-save-top-priorities-too

The suggestion: I find that that category name in the mode line
is much too far away from the word "Category:".  I have to look
for it very time again.
