In GNU Emacs 21.2.1 (i386--netbsdelf, X toolkit)
of 2002-10-04 on proven

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:
The documentation string for `display-buffer' mentions the apparently
non-existant variable `display-reuse-frames'.
I noticed this first when reading its documentation in a *Help* window
where I noted it was not underlined and did not highlight when the mouse
cursor was moved over top of it.
