    I run emacs under gdb and it gives me:

    Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
    0x284f3558 in _fini () from /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/locale/common/xlcDef.so.2

    Is this a know[n] bug?

There is no way of telling from such a small amount of information.

Please read the Bugs section in the Emacs manual, which provides
guidelines on how to write a bug report to give us the
necessary information so we can fix the bug.
