As 2004 comes to a close, vessel owners and operators as well as facility and port operations are working diligently to complete their compliance efforts with the IMO's International Ship and Port Security Code (ISPS) and the US Coast Guard's Maritime Security Act (MTSA) now updated for 2004.

With approved or soon to be approved Security Plans and certificates in hand the next step in the process is to assure proper levels of security training for vessel and facility personnel. It is imperative that surprise inspections and audits by compliance agencies do not find cause for shutting operations down due to inadequate personnel knowledge or not following procedures spelled out in the security plan. In addition insufficient security signage requirements have been the cause for numerous disciplinary actions by authorities.

Moxie Media can now provide your company with all of the necessary tools to bring your operations into complete compliance for 2005 including:

  • CSO, PFSO, VSO, Crew and Security Personnel Training Programs
  • Supporting Training Manuals and Posters
  • Required Security Signage and Stickers
