SETUP

emacs -Q &
(setq mouse-yank-at-point t)

TEST

1. Write text on 10 lines e.g. at *scratch*
2. Mouse-1 drag to Copy text
3. Mouse-1 to click on some line
4. Mouse-2 to paste
5. Move mouse cursor away from the line
6. Mouse-2 to paste

=> mouse-yank-at-point setting is obeyed and text is pasted to cursor
position (phase 3)

7. M-x shell
8. Hit enter to insert 10 lines
9. Mouse-1 drag to copy text from prompt string
10. Click on first line
11. Move mouse cursor away from the line, say line 5
12. Mouse-2 to paste

=> mouse-yank-at-point setting is not obeyed. The text is pasted at
waved mouse cursor position, not the point where cursor (phase 10)
is blinking; at first line.
