bug#4329: 23.1.50; Emacs 23.1.50 hides the menu bar when Gnus is started

I seem to recall seeing this bug for a while, but it seems to have gone
away; I can't remember who fixed it, tho.  Does the problem still occur
for you on latest BZR Emacs?
