bug#5504: 23.1.91; doc string of bookmark-load-hook

Doc string: "Hook run at the end of loading bookmark."

This is ambiguous and not helpful. It should say:

"Hook run at the end of loading library `bookmark.el'."

Otherwise, one could reasonably guess that the hook is run each time bookmarks
are loaded (e.g. in `bookmark-load').
