bug#6678: 24.0.50; NS variant cannot display SVG images

Hello!

When I load an SVG image the NS variant cannot display it as image  
(which the GNU Emacs 23.2 based AppKit variant can). The variable  
image-types is:

        (png gif tiff jpeg xpm xbm pbm)

The Emacs binary is not using librsvg-2.
