All i want is to say that it doesn't work with cygwin. Emacs can't pass raw data to it. (it's not a problem for me (someone) to write/use a transcoding proxy util (it's possible with raw data), although it perfectly works (greping, for example) without it, but for that i need _correct_raw_ _data_)
