That's always true.

Ah, thank you.  It is better to update the comment in
mouse-yank-primary.

Anyway, we have these functions:
  x-get-selection
  x-get-selection-internal
  x-get-selection-value
  x-selection-value
  x-selection-value-internal
What a mess...
