Thanks for the future fix. For now, in Emacs 23:

> You can customize the `button' face.

The trouble is that only the one space actually seems to use this face
(with underlining); the rest of the #include is in another face.
Excuse my ignorance and optimism, but is there nothing else to be done
with straightforward configuration?
