Well cl.el tried to reproduce CommonLisp behavior and indeed followed
the principle of focusing the doc on the differences w.r.t to CommonLisp.

I tend to agree that cl.el should be improved by making the docstrings
self-contained rather than referring implicitly to the
CommonLisp documentation. Patches to improve this are welcome.
