bug#14266: 24.3.50; crashes all the time, but no Emacs fatal error dialog box or emacs_backtrace.txt

Just an FYI, as I cannot report much more than that.
 
I am getting crashes all the time with this build.  But I get no
fatal-error dialog box asking me if I want to debug, and I get no
emacs_backtrace.txt file.  I get only the MS Windows dialog box saying
that the program had to be closed and asking me if I want to send info
about the crash to MS.


In GNU Emacs 24.3.50.1 (i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600)
