bug#15941: 24.2; Shell-script mode's syntax highligting gets confused by shift (<<) operator like in '$((1 << 32))

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug, and
the precise symptoms of the bug. If you can, give a recipe
starting from `emacs -Q':

1. create a file that starts with '#! /bin/bash'. This will use 
Shell-script mode
2. add this line to it
echo $((1 << 32))
everything that follows this line will be highlighted as though it is a 
comment



If Emacs crashed, and you have the Emacs process in the gdb debugger,
please include the output from the following gdb commands:
`bt full' and `xbacktrace'.
