when searching for the string "w3m" in the following Org file:

Isearch only finds 1 occurrence, while there are 3 such strings
(correctly reported by Anzu as well).
It seems that the fact that this is an Org file has an impact. Doing the
same search in a `.el' file did occur correctly.
